In an interview with Fox Business, he stated that if Congress fails to pass the relevant legislation, regulatory agencies such as the CFTC will ultimately have to “develop all cryptocurrency regulations.” Selig said, “We must pass this legislation to establish clear regulatory standards and protect consumers.” (The Block)
