This Nasdaq listed security represents one-tenth of a share of SK Hynix common stock held in custody by a depositary bank.SKHY will be listed as a pre-IPO contract and will convert to a standard XYZ perpetual contract once the ADS begins trading at Nasdaq.TradeXYZ’s existing SK Hynix market, xyz:SKHX, remains unchanged, tracking 1 share of SK Hynix Inc. common stock (KRX: 000660), and continues to operate normally based on the company’s primary listing market in Seoul.The two markets are related but independent of each other; 10 ADSs represent 1 share of common stock, and ADSs may trade at a premium or a discount relative to the Seoul market price.
