Coinbase announced that Molly Abraham will lead the company’s legal team as General Counsel, while Ryan Van Grack will assume the role of Vice Chairman and is expected to take on broader, more public-facing responsibilities.Grewal said he will continue to serve as an advisor to Coinbase and participate in work related to Coinbase’s trust charter through the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
