Svmuu News Bitcoin: Empery Digital, a holding company, disclosed that it has sold 1,400 BTC over the past two months at an average price of $62,200, raising a total of approximately $87.1 million to invest in AI data center projects and repay debt.Of this amount, a portion was used to acquire a 25% stake in an AI data center project, while $10 million was used to repay outstanding debt. Following this sale, Empery Digital’s holdings of Bitcoin have decreased by 48%; the company currently holds 1,514 BTC, valued at approximately $97 million at current prices.EMPD’s stock price rose as much as 4.2% in early trading and ultimately closed up 1.58%.
