Dark Side of the Moon has sent its listing proposal to investors and expects to hold an IPO in Hong Kong within six months at the earliest.
Svmuu News: Leading large-language-model company Dark Side of the Moon has sent its IPO proposal to investors and is expected to complete its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange within six months at the earliest. After reaching an ARR of $300 million in June of this year and achieving several-fold growth following the release of its K3 model, the company believes the time is right. It is reported that Dark Side of the Moon previously tripled its annual recurring revenue within three months, and its new model, Kimi K3, outperforms competitors—including Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6—in terms of overall capabilities. The pricing of Kimi K3 is roughly on par with Anthropic’s Sonnet. (STAR Market Daily)
