Svmuu News: Binance has announced adjustments to its VIP Program. Effective July 21, 2026, at 4:00 a.m. EST, the VIP 3 wallet asset requirement will be reduced from $3 million to $1 million.Eligible users will receive benefits such as preferential fee rates, increased account limits, market insights, and invitations to events.
BinanceThe platform is also adjusting how OTC spot trading volume counts toward VIP eligibility; under the new rules, OTC spot trading volume will count as four times its actual value toward the total spot trading volume. Binance This means that $1 million in OTC spot trading volume will count as $4 million toward the corresponding threshold.
Previously, OTC-related eligibility applied only up to VIP 4. Binance stated that with the inclusion of a broader spot trading volume metric, users who meet BNB balance and other requirements can advance to VIP 9 through the full VIP framework. VIP trading rates will remain unchanged, and the system will automatically process tier upgrades daily.
