Currently, multiple entities under Gate have completed regulatory registration, license applications, or obtained authorizations and approvals in major jurisdictions such as Malta, the Bahamas, Japan, Australia, and Dubai, continuing to strengthen the compliance foundation for its global operations. Notably, Gate US holds MTL licenses in 36 states and operates in 47 U.S. jurisdictions.
Gate’s second-quarter report summarizes the platform’s compliance achievements to date. Gate Europe has previously obtained the EU’s Market in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) license and a Payment Institution (PI) license, strengthening its compliance capabilities in the European market; Gate Japan provides virtual asset services under the supervision of Japan’s Financial Services Agency (FSA); Gate Dubai has obtained a license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) and officially launched its Dubai platform. Meanwhile, Gate has completed its registration as a digital currency transaction service provider with AUSTRAC in Australia and launched its Australian platform. Through its multi-regional regulatory footprint, the platform continues to enhance its global operational capabilities, providing users with a more robust foundation for digital asset services.
