Svmuu News: A South Korean court is set to issue its first first-instance ruling on August 27 regarding the Bithumb incident involving the mistaken transfer of Bitcoin. The user in question is accused of selling the mistakenly received BTC and holding approximately 194 million won in cash.Bithumb had previously filed lawsuits against four users seeking the return of unjust enrichment, with the highest claim amounting to approximately 500 million won.In February of this year, Bithumb mistakenly recorded Korean won points as Bitcoin during the distribution of promotional rewards. The exchange subsequently initiated a recovery process and stated that, as of March 10, it had recovered 99% of the 1,788 BTC that had not yet been reclaimed.
