Svmuu News: Uniswap has announced the official launch of the DualPool Hook. DualPool is an open-source Uniswap v4 Hook, jointly designed and developed by Spark and Uniswap Labs, that allows market makers to deposit idle assets into lending protocols to earn yield while their liquidity awaits trades, and to return funds to the liquidity pool when a trade occurs.
From the outside, DualPool appears no different from a standard Uniswap v4 liquidity pool; traders, aggregators, and solvers still execute trades through the Pool Manager. Internally, liquidity funds are deposited into an ERC-4626 yield vault and automatically withdrawn when a trade needs to be executed, then deployed to a centralized liquidity position. This ensures trade execution while allowing idle funds to continuously generate lending yields.
