Galaxy Digital Plans to Use $3.5 Billion in Debt Financing to Support Data Center Projects
Svmuu News: Sources familiar with the matter say Galaxy Digital Inc. plans to issue approximately $3.5 billion in high-yield bonds for the first time to finance data center projects related to CoreWeave Inc. The sources said Galaxy Digital is pitching the bond offering to investors at a yield of about 9%. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are acting as underwriters for the offering, which is expected to be priced on Thursday. The sources requested anonymity because the information has not yet been made public.
