Svmuu News: According to an official announcement, Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU), a publicly traded AI infrastructure company listed on the Nasdaq, announced that it has secured more than $1.3 billion in new customer contracts through its Axe Compute Build program, covering markets in the U.S. and Europe, exceeding its previous target of $1 billion in contracts for 2026.
It is reported that these contracts are structured as five-year commitments with renewal options and involve substantial upfront payments from customers. Axe Compute will provide customers with end-to-end AI infrastructure services—including GPU selection, infrastructure design, deployment, ownership, and operations—to support AI training, inference, and data-intensive applications.
Axe Compute stated that the projects are expected to begin generating revenue by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. Following the receipt of advance payments in the third quarter of 2026, the annual recurring revenue (ARR) upon completion of deployment is projected to exceed $384 million.
Company CEO Christopher Miglino said that as demand for dedicated AI infrastructure grows among enterprises, the company expects to have the opportunity to secure approximately $2 billion in new contracts this year.
