Corgi plans to launch 300 to 500 ETFs within a year; Eric Balchunas calls its rollout schedule extremely fast
Svmuu News: Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on X that Corgi’s plan to launch 300 to 500 ETFs within a year is akin to walking up to a roulette table and betting on every number. One of them is bound to be a major success, but it will also bring a lot of drag. The good news is that this isn’t much different from other issuers in the industry. For ETF issuers, their largest ETF accounts for an average of 60% of their assets and revenue, and 40% of the products in most portfolios are operating at a loss. Corgi is simply moving forward with these initiatives on a much faster timeline.
