Svmuu News: Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Central Bank of Russia, stated that while there are currently no additional regulatory restrictions on any type of investor when individuals or institutions transfer cryptocurrencies from Russia to overseas, such assets lack legal protection, and investors cannot rely on the country’s legal system to protect their rights in the event of disputes or losses.
