Svmuu News: Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson stated that quantum computing could pose a major test of Bitcoin’s governance capabilities. If the Bitcoin network fails to coordinate the necessary upgrades, BTC could lose its status as the world’s largest cryptocurrency.
Hoskinson noted that the problem with Bitcoin is that it is “frozen in time,” making any changes extremely difficult. He believes that early disappointment with the lack of flexibility in Bitcoin was one of the factors that led to the creation of Ethereum.
