Svmuu News: Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman of Strategy, posted a chart on X on July 26 showing the company’s Bitcoin purchases, with the caption, “We’re gonna need another color.”The chart shows that Strategy has accumulated 843,775 BTC through 113 purchases since 2020.
Strategy’s latest regulatory filings show that its BTC acquisition cost was $63.69 billion, with an average purchase price of $75,653. The chart estimates the value of its holdings at approximately $54.36 billion, with an unrealized loss of about $9.47 billion.
During the reporting period from July 13 to 19, Strategy sold 2,732,318 shares of MSTR, generating a net gain of $263.5 million, but did not purchase any “Bitcoin.” This gain increased its U.S. dollar reserves to $3.225 billion.
In a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 20, Strategy disclosed that it may still sell up to $23.53 billion in common stock under its existing market authorization. This amount represents the remaining issuance capacity, and the proceeds may be used to purchase Bitcoin, build cash reserves, or meet other corporate needs.
