MicroStrategy Raises $544.5M from Stock Sale, Pauses Bitcoin Purchases
MicroStrategy (MSTR) last week raised $544.5 million by selling 5.4 million shares through its at-the-market (ATM) program. The company did not purchase any Bitcoin during this period, maintaining its holdings at 843,775 BTC. Additionally, MicroStrategy repurchased $25 million of its STRC preferred stock and retains billions of dollars in remaining ATM issuance capacity.
