Lido begins moving $16.5 billion in staked ether to cut validator count by a third
Lido, a liquid staking protocol, has begun moving $16.5 billion worth of staked ether (8 million ETH) with the aim of reducing its validator count by one-third. This consolidation effort also requires its professional node operators to post bonds for the first time.
