Perpetual futures tracking South Korean chipmaker SK Hynix's American depositary receipts (ADRs) plunged 20% to $900 in one minute on the decentralized exchange Hyperliquid. The price quickly rebounded above $1,000 the following minute. This flash crash occurred shortly before the underlying SK Hynix shares in South Korea dropped 15% to 1,550,000 won ($1,762) and its ADRs fell 4.5% in pre-market trading.
