Jersey Mike's, a major U.S. sandwich chain, has filed an application to list on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol JMKE. Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken announced that it will provide eligible retail investors with access to subscribe to Jersey Mike's initial public offering (IPO). U.S. customers can subscribe to actual JMKE shares, while non-U.S. customers can subscribe to JMKEx through the xStocks platform. JMKEx is a tokenized equity backed 1:1 by the underlying stock and can be traded 24/5 on Kraken and other xStocks alliance platforms. Allocations are determined by the IPO underwriters, and there is no guarantee of receiving a full or partial allocation.
