In its prospectus for its initial public offering (IPO) on the STAR Market, Chinese robotics company Unitree Robotics disclosed that the company’s senior management and key employees intend to participate in the strategic placement of this offering through two asset management plans, with the subscription volume not exceeding 10% of the total offering size—that is, 4,044,643 shares—and the total subscription amount not exceeding 271.5 million yuan. Among them, Chairman Wang Xingxing’s personal subscription amount is 15 million yuan.
