The Iranian military announced Friday that it had used drones to strike U.S. military facilities at the Ahmed Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, targeting hangars and satellite communication systems. Iran said the move was in retaliation for U.S. airstrikes the previous day on multiple locations in Iran, including Qeshm Island. The previous U.S. airstrikes killed three people on Qeshm Island and struck targets belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
