SoFi Technologies (NASDAQ: SOFI) reported record second-quarter results, with adjusted net revenue increasing 40% year-over-year to $1.2 billion and adjusted earnings per share (EPS) rising 50% to $0.12. Adjusted EBITDA grew 44% to $358 million, and loan originations surged 69% to $14.8 billion. The company also saw member growth of 35% (1.1 million new customers) and product growth of 42% (2.2 million new products). Despite these strong figures, SoFi's stock fell 13% following the announcement. Management raised its full-year revenue outlook but kept the profit outlook steady, citing an anticipation of two rate hikes instead of two rate decreases and reinvestment of profits into the business.
