Southeast Asian ride-hailing and delivery firm Grab reported record second-quarter results on Tuesday, with revenue growing 22% year-on-year to $997 million and operating profit reaching $19 million, up 186%. The company's CFO stated that AI is now embedded in Grab's operations, helping to ship products three times faster, which translates into better margins and a more efficient cost structure.
