Corvex signs multi-year agreement to provide NVIDIA Blackwell GPU infrastructure to a leading AI company, funding expansion without issuing new equity
Corvex (NASDAQ:MOVE) announced the multi-year agreement, stating that the expansion will be financed through debt, customer prepayments, and existing cash, thereby avoiding additional equity issuance. The company has already recognized revenue from the agreement as cluster deliveries progressed, with full run-rate revenue expected to begin midway through the current quarter. Corvex also highlighted its ability to rapidly deploy high-density, liquid-cooled NVIDIA HGX B200 infrastructure within existing air-cooled data centers.
