This agreement establishes a framework for development projects valued between $60 million and $84 million over the next 18 months, aiming to expand Suntex's commercial construction business. Initial projects are planned for Roswell, New Mexico, and Bedford, Texas. However, this agreement establishes a framework, and specific projects will still require separate work orders, permitting, and execution.
