AI cloud infrastructure provider Nebius Group (NASDAQ: NBIS) saw its stock price drop 31.1% in July, but it is still up 125% year-to-date. The company's Q1 revenue surged from approximately $50 million in 2025 to $400 million, and it plans significant expansion, raising its projected contracted power capacity from 1 GW to over 4 GW. Nebius raised a total of $6.3 billion in Q1 through a $2 billion equity investment from NVIDIA and $4.3 billion in convertible securities, and secured an additional $775 million in debt financing in mid-July. The company is scheduled to release its Q2 earnings on August 12.
