CNBC's Jim Cramer Calls Rocket Lab (RKLB) a "Pure Spec" Stock, Favors Voyager Technologies (VOYG) After Q2 Revenue Surged 51% Sequentially
Cramer expressed a cautious stance on higher-risk plays in the commercial space and defense sector, dismissing Rocket Lab (RKLB) as speculative. He highlighted Voyager Technologies (VOYG) as a preferred choice, citing its strong second-quarter earnings report. Voyager's revenue increased 51% quarter-over-quarter, with a narrower-than-expected loss and a 22% sequential jump in backlog. The company also raised its full-year revenue forecast, partly due to the recent acquisition of Astrobotic, and has been securing more government defense contracts. Voyager's stock jumped 14% before the earnings report and rallied another 19.6% afterward.
