The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) has submitted its recommendations for Hong Kong's first five-year plan, asking the government to consider tax incentives for investors funding start-ups in the Northern Metropolis and to enhance the stock exchange’s listing regime to further solidify the city’s role in international finance.
