Hon Hai Precision (Foxconn) announced on September 5 that its August 2026 revenue reached NT$921.8 billion, a year-over-year increase of 51.98%. This marks the second-highest monthly revenue in its history and a new record for the same period. Despite a 2.61% month-over-month decrease in August revenue due to the transition between old and new consumer smart products, the overall scale remained high. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$6.51 trillion, up 39.73% year-over-year. Cloud and networking products, particularly those related to AI servers, continue to be the core engine of Hon Hai's revenue growth, leading all four product categories in both monthly and cumulative increases. The company anticipates that its third-quarter performance "is expected to exceed market expectations," primarily driven by sustained growth in AI demand and the traditional peak season for ICT products in the second half of the year.
