Identity security company Okta (Nasdaq: OKTA) reported adjusted earnings per share of $1.05 for the second fiscal quarter, above expectations of $0.97. Revenue increased by 11% year-over-year to $805 million, exceeding the anticipated $795 million. Net income reached $116 million, significantly higher than $67 million in the same period last year. Remaining performance obligations (RPO) grew by 17% to $4.86 billion, surpassing analysts' estimates of $4.7 billion. Okta has rolled out "Okta for AI Agents" to all customers, with the new product accounting for 30% of total bookings, and closed dozens of AI-related deals, including a multi-million dollar healthcare contract. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $3.22 billion to $3.23 billion.
