Australian neocloud Sharon AI, a Nasdaq-listed company, has signed a five-year agreement with Rafay Systems to use its platform as a centralized orchestration layer across its AI Factory environments. The deal is designed to support the orchestration of up to 150,000 graphics processing units (GPUs) over the five-year term, standardizing infrastructure provisioning, governance, and monitoring. This move aims to shift Sharon AI from individual cluster deployments to a single operating framework, supporting its expansion in Asia-Pacific and beyond. The agreement follows Sharon AI's recent contract wins, including a $373 million cloud computing service agreement last month and a $1.32 billion agreement in July 2026.
