Germany, Israel’s second-largest arms supplier after the US, denies the accusations and is seeking to have the case dismissed, challenging the court's jurisdiction and the admissibility of some claims. The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is currently holding hearings on Germany's preliminary objections.
