Japan's Onomichi Dockyard to begin producing uncrewed surface vessels, aiming to supply them to the Self-Defense Forces and the U.S. military, as part of a push by midsize commercial shipbuilders into dual-use technologies. The company will build smaller craft developed by American startup Bulwark Dynamics.
