Wistron, a Taiwan-based manufacturer, saw its shares fall more than 6% on Tuesday. The company priced 25 million global depositary receipts at $58.88 each on Monday, representing 250 million new common shares, at roughly a 5.5% discount to its Monday closing price. The offering, expected to be issued on Thursday, will fund raw material purchases in foreign currencies. This fundraising comes as Wistron expands its AI server business, having approved additional capacity investments in Taiwan and the U.S. last month, and opened a $700 million AI server plant in Texas in July, which produces Nvidia's GB300 systems.
