Docusign's stock price has fallen 78% from its peak in late 2021, closing at $68.41 last Friday (September 4). Analysts noted that the company's newly launched Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize contract management processes, is gaining traction with customers. Docusign reported revenue of $875.7 million for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027 (ended July 31), a 9% year-over-year increase, and GAAP net income of $77.7 million, up 23% year-over-year. Management expects IAM to contribute approximately 18.5% of total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by the end of fiscal year 2027, significantly higher than 2.3% at the end of fiscal year 2025.
