Hong Kong's inaugural five-year plan, set to be unveiled next week, will focus on establishing the city as a biomedicine powerhouse, signaling closer medical cooperation across the Greater Bay Area. Global pharmaceutical company GSK underscored its interest in expanding its role in the region's biotech development on Wednesday at the fifth Hong Kong International Biotechnology Conference and Exhibition (BIOHK). Hong Kong Secretary for Health Lo also spoke at the event.
