Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is offering ship-to-ship transfer services for crude oil and refined products, as buyers avoid ports within the Strait of Hormuz due to the risk of a US-Iran war. KPC stated that vessels would continue to transit the Strait of Hormuz when conditions are safe. Recently, Kuwait's naphtha exports have been severely disrupted, falling to about half of pre-war levels. Qatar, the UAE, and Iraq are also offering oil from ports outside the Strait of Hormuz.
