The White House announced that President Donald Trump achieved "historic results" in less than two years, including ending the "open border disaster" and reducing the illegal immigrant population by at least 2.3 million; lowering the U.S. murder rate to its lowest level in 125 years by 2025, with violent crime continuing to decline in the first half of 2026; and creating over 1 million private sector jobs and attracting over $11 trillion in new investment through tax cuts, new trade deals, and a manufacturing resurgence.
