The Citi Foundation has launched a $25 million global initiative to equip young people with the skills needed for the AI era, aiming to help them master the skills required for a job market increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence. Through its fourth Global Innovation Challenge, the Foundation will award $500,000 grants to 50 community organizations dedicated to improving employment prospects for low-income youth. Projects will cover AI-related skills (such as prompt engineering and digital content creation) and human-centered skills (such as problem-solving and critical thinking).
