The coalition, including French digital asset association Adan and the Crypto Council for Innovation, sent a letter to the European Council and Parliament. They argue that the proposed 100 billion-euro cap, an increase from the current 6 billion euros, is insufficient as some existing European projects already exceed 350 billion euros. The groups also opposed differentiated limits that could disadvantage newer blockchain market operators.
