Acting U.S. Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao stated on Wednesday that a U.S. military facility in Bahrain suffered significant damage in recent conflicts with Iran, and Washington is evaluating the future of the base. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi responded, confirming that Iranian armed forces did "severely damage" the headquarters of the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain, as well as other bases supporting U.S. aggression. Additionally, Tuesday night's Iranian attack on Jordan's Muwaffaq Salti Air Base (Al-Azraq Base) also resulted in damage to several U.S. military aircraft.
