The Motley Fool analysts named CoreWeave as their top AI IPO pick, citing that over 75% of its more than $30 billion annual revenue target for 2027 is already locked in through contracts.
Motley Fool analyst Leo Sun points out that CoreWeave, as a cloud AI infrastructure service provider, has significant growth potential despite facing valuation and loss challenges. As of the end of Q2 2026, the company's contracted revenue backlog has reached $104 billion, more than eight times its projected revenue for 2026. Furthermore, NVIDIA holds an 11.5% stake in CoreWeave, making it one of its largest investors.
