Dalio and Bloomberg Analysts Reveal $10,000 Investment Directions: Bullish on South Korean Stocks, Water ETFs, Luxury Goods, Gold, and Bitcoin
Against a backdrop of record-high stock markets and ongoing bond sell-offs, Ray Dalio and Bloomberg analysts have offered investment advice. Bloomberg analysts suggest focusing on the South Korean stock market (KOSPI has risen 66% year-to-date, and despite recent significant sell-offs, is still considered relatively inexpensive due to its critical role in AI chips and its valuation), water resource ETFs (such as the Invesco S&P Global Water Index ETF and the First Trust Water ETF), and luxury retailers with strong brand equity, excellent management teams, and a focus on the emerging affluent classes in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Bridgewater Associates founder Ray Dalio, in his LinkedIn post, stated that given global deficits and currency devaluation trends, he expects non-government-issued currencies like gold and Bitcoin to perform well, recommending an allocation of 10%-15% to gold and a "small amount" to Bitcoin.
