Adjusted EBITDA increased by 11.6% to $143.4 million. Clear Channel previously agreed to be acquired by a consortium led by Mubadala Capital for $2.43 per share, with the transaction expected to close by the end of Q3 2026. Despite strong revenue and profit metrics, the company reported a $10 million loss from continuing operations for the quarter, compared to a profit of $6.3 million in the same period last year, and its total debt reached $5.1 billion as of June 30.
