Yahoo Finance analysis indicates that despite Intel's stock price rising 10% this week due to news of CPU price increases, closing above $106 on September 9, its valuation has reached a high P/E ratio of 88x, with a downward revision in Q3 earnings expectations. In contrast, storage chip company SanDisk has seen its stock price surge 2195% over the past 12 months, up 615% year-to-date, and has already sold out its 2026 capacity, with contract revenue of $93.9 billion over the next four to five years. Yet, its valuation is only 23x P/E, with a forward P/E of just 8x, making it a more attractive investment.
