HD Hyundai E&F completes W435b LNG cogeneration plant in South Korea
HD Hyundai E&F has completed a 435 billion won ($323 million) liquefied natural gas (LNG) cogeneration plant at the Daesan petrochemical complex in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province, strengthening the industrial hub’s energy infrastructure. The HD Hyundai Oilbank subsidiary stated on Monday that the plant can generate 290 megawatts of electricity and produce up to 321 metric tons of steam per hour. It will supply power and thermal energy to companies within the complex, including H&L Advanced.
