China's crude oil output grew steadily by 0.8% in August, while crude oil processing saw a narrowing decline.
China's National Bureau of Statistics reported that in August, crude oil output for industrial enterprises above designated size was 18.43 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 0.8%, maintaining the same growth rate as July. Crude oil processing volume was 59.07 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 6.9%, with the decline narrowing by 8.9 percentage points compared to July.
