Yahoo Finance analysts recommend three undervalued growth stocks—Novo Nordisk (NVO), Intuit (INTU), and Reddit (RDDT)—believing they have significant growth potential at their current valuations.

Novo Nordisk has fallen approximately 23% over the past 12 months, but analysts expect growth from the launch of higher-dose versions of its weight-loss drug Wegovy and an oral weight-loss medication. Its forward price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is currently 13x.

Software company Intuit is down about 50% this year. Analysts believe the market has "severely misjudged" the threat of AI to its business. Its revenue for fiscal year 2026 is projected to grow 14% to $21.4 billion, with an expected 9%-10% growth over the next year, and its forward P/E ratio is below 15x.

Social media company Reddit has fallen 30% year-to-date. Analysts believe the market has overreacted to the impact of AI. Its Q2 revenue grew 61% year-over-year to $805 million, with net profit accounting for 31% of revenue, and its forward P/E ratio is approximately 25x.
