He outlined a shift in Qatar's investment strategy, pledging over $38 billion for domestic infrastructure development in the next five years, aimed at attracting private investors and demonstrating Qatar's economic resilience. Qatar's Foreign Ministry spokesman also stated that mediation efforts are ongoing to restart talks between Tehran and Washington to end the war.
