ACINQ patches Bitcoin Lightning Eclair flaw that could send node's entire balance to miners
ACINQ, the maker of Eclair and Phoenix Wallet, released Eclair 0.14.3 on Sept. 14 to fix three peer-triggered vulnerabilities. These flaws could allow malicious peers to wipe out a node’s local channel balance through fees during cooperative channel closures, or cause operators to lose or lock funds during splicing and on-the-fly funding. The company strongly recommended operators upgrade.
